This blog is hosted on Blogger (see the domain name). Blogger is easy and free. Wordpress is also fairly easy and free - but is more for the person who either has a lot of time to figure it out or has the budget to pay a company, like Eminent SEO, to do it for you. Start with a blogger blog and write about something you are already passionate about. This is one of many blogs I have been building over the years. Each one has a niche topic, of sorts, and a different purpose.
